A member of M.E.G. heard about a local public safety family with a need. You see, their son has Autism and is nonverbal. Recently, he has been using an iPad to help him communicate with his family and at school. Right now, the family is borrowing an iPad that has the application on it. The application alone is $400, and the iPad is another $400. Thankfully, we were able to secure an iPad from an anonymous donor and we provided the funds for the family to purchase the app for their son.
“People say philanthropy is only for the rich. This is a lie. When anyone gives anything with good heart, he or she becomes a philanthropist – a conduit and catalyst for love.”
